Serving at MBC.
We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered worship, gospel-centered community, gospel-centered service and gospel-centered multiplication. This is our process for discipleship. Out of this gospel-centered service is the overflow of discipleship, serving those in and outside the church. One of the ways we pursue and live out this discipleship trait is through volunteer opportunities.
MBC Kids is our Children's Ministry at MBC.
We strive to provide a safe, secure environment for our kids to have fun while getting to know Jesus better!
Student Ministries
Sunday Gatherings:
Those serving in our Student Ministry on Sundays get the opportunity to build and foster relationships with students, ministering them through the teaching of Scripture, worship and intentional discipleship.
Midweek Gatherings:
Student Ministries also meets together midweek for games, community, teaching and bible discussions. We start the evening together playing games and hearing a message, specially crafted for middle and high school students.
The Well, Women's Ministry
Welcome to the Well. The Well Ministry is a ministry of Moundville Baptist Church. We are a team of women dedicated to connecting and ministering to the women in our local congregation, the community we live in and the world around us.
OUR PURPOSE:
We are a women meeting with God in worship becoming Christ-like in discipleship, connecting with other women in fellowship to further God's Kingdom in our church, our community, our state and this world. This ministry is designed to encourage women to grow in their faith in Christ, to develop and strengthen intimate friendships with other women and to provide opportunities to serve and reach other women for Christ.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
LOVE.LIVE.LEAD. Three words describe not only the mission of Moundville Baptist Church but also the process by which we journey toward becoming fully functional followers of Jesus Christ

MBC Gatherings
MBC Worship:
Our Sunday morning gatherings are the beginning for most people at MBC.
We need people who can serve as set-up and greeters, as well as serve on the worship team.
Sunday School/Small Groups:
Because our Small Groups are so central to the life here at MBC, we are always in need of more people to host, lead and co-lead a group.
Generosity
Donating your time is not the only way to serve at MBC. There are recurring costs to operating and staffing our ministry, as well as helping us do work throughout our community and the world. We believe that God calls us to give, and to give generously. We give you a chance to worship in this way on our website.
Discipleship
As Jesus left this world, his parting words to his disciples were: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." We challenge you to be willing to serve and make disciples with us.
